We have released Version 1.54.0 and Version 1.55.0 of our design software, which includes new exciting features: The release of “h2x helphub” on our app, and the option to allow organisations and users to enable multi-factor authentication for increased login security.

We’re excited to introduce the “h2x helphub” on our app, designed to help customers maximise their software experience with location-specific guides and assistance.

No matter where users are within the app, they can easily access help tailored to that area.

– Domestic hot water plants are no longer selectable as a heat source for radiators.

– Users are no longer able to move items in results mode.

– Addressed various issues to enhance overall stability and improve user experience.

New Features

We’ve tightened up our site’s security protocols by introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Organisations and users can now opt to enable MFA for increased login security.

Once activated, users will receive a text message with an authoriation code to securely log in.
