Having trouble exporting your pdf drawing or getting an error when trying to download any of your exports? This may be an issue with the logo uploaded in your h2x organisation... 

Go to your user menu in the top right corner of h2x, and click on 'Organisation'. Then try re-uploading your logo, ensuring it is in PNG format. (Please note: only those with Manager access are able to edit organisation properties)
